Summary of Responsibilities:
The Ecommerce Product Content Coordinator is responsible for the set up and maintenance of online merchandise on the ecommerce websites. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to handle large volumes of incoming product and maintain their merchandising standards regarding sample processing, studio photography, product copy, color and price. This person will also work closely with cross-functional partners across buying, planning and marketing teams. This position reports directly out of our dog friendly home office in Boulder, CO.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Set up new items on pharmaca.com in the Magento 2.3 backend by working with Ecommerce Merchandising Manager and Merchandising team and vendors to ensure new items are set up prior to inventory being received at the DC. Information will include product ingredients, supplement facts, product description and images/videos.
- Validate pricing, copy, attributes, images, and enhanced photography assets for each SKU
- Oversee ecommerce smart sample process. This includes receiving, requesting and organizing samples, as well as processing and passing off to photography studio for imagery.
- Maintain site products by reviewing weekly inventory reports and confirming product is available on site. Maintain product integrity – fix broken images, update ingredients, update new item packaging.
- Review all product images to ensure that they are zoom-compatible, high quality and up to date.
- Review the styling direction of new product images to ensure that customers receive the most helpful and accurate visual depiction of the product we carry.
- Ensure customer experience is seamless throughout the funnel by consistently performing a series of checks of product pages, category pages, cross-sells, search keywords, navigational elements, customer feedback and more. Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate and drive revenue growth across product categories.Identify and navigate new products into site categories, based on product attributes and known customer shopping behaviors. Work with Ecommerce Merchandising Manager on site product navigation maintenance, as necessary.
- Identify and leverage information (technologies, supplement facts, reviews, technical specs, videos, buying guides, etc.) that inform, educate and influence customer buying decisions.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working in data quality operations for an eCommerce business
- 1+ years of experience with Magento 2.3 admin
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy; work well under pressure.
- Experience prioritizing multiple tasks concurrently based on larger goals
- Strong communicator, highly organized, team player and innovative thinker
- Ability to independently learn new tools/technology, leveraging trends to support the business
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
- Excellent communication skills, team player and a self-starter with roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- Ability to learn, creates, and adapt to ever changing e-Commerce activities
- Strong project planning, tracking and organizing skills
