Prime Roots is seeking a Director of Operations to become an integral part of our team! At Prime Roots, we envision a delicious protein-rich future that is sustainable for environmental and human health. You will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of sustainable and delicious food innovation and be amongst a team of hardworking do-ers. You will oversee our organizational operations and be able to help propel Prime Root’s growth internally and externally.

Role And Responsibilities

• Streamline operations and working with teams within the organization to solve problems.
• Creating internal processes, monitor, and improve operations to fuel overall company growth.
• Assist in planning and executing on expansions and building key partnerships.
• Work closely with the leadership team to build a world-class team and culture.
• Overseeing and monitoring budgets and coordinating across teams about company-wide progress.
• Managing a diverse set of teams and being able to help troubleshoot and bring in resources to solve challenges.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 7 years working in Operations, Management Consulting, or business-related fields.
• At least 4 years of experience managing people and teams.
• Interdisciplinary and technical backgrounds welcome and appreciated it.
• Knowledge and experience in financial accounting, budgeting, and spreadsheets.
• Experience in B2C and B2B omnichannel and Omni product distribution preferred.
• You must be a detail-oriented, process-driven and data-driven individual.
• Deep passion and knowledge about the food industry, experience in CPG and Food Service preferred.
