GENERAL PURPOSE: The Director of Finance/Controller will provide strategic leadership, controller, technical expertise, and supervision of “I Have A Dream” Foundation of Boulder County (IHDF) organization’s finances, budgeting, accounting, purchasing and payroll functions. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES The Director of Finance/Controller is responsible for overseeing Finance, Budgeting and Accounting. The position is full-time exempt and reports to the Chief Executive Officer. The Director of Finance/Controller will work collaboratively throughout the organization, while simultaneously providing leadership for IHDF’s financial strategy, building relationships, and leading the organization in prudent investments and additional income streams to maximize IHDF’s impact in alignment with the mission.
