Full-time non-exempt hourly position at the company’s headquarters in Louisville from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday with some additional weekend and evening work required. Following HOPE Foods LLC procedures & policies, the Senior QA Technician is responsible for effective completion of all assigned functions within the company’s Quality Assurance Department including: training of all site employees in Food Safety & Quality, providing backup to the site SQF Practitioner (QA Manager), monitoring all quality documents, personally overseeing site pest control programs, providing superior QA support to the department and the QA Manager, ensuring that HOPE Food’s customers both external & internal are continuously receiving quality products & service, while maintaining a safe, effective, and harmonious work environment.
