Powder7 is looking for a highly motivated and organized Order Fulfillment Assistant who will work directly with our Warehouse Team to ensure all orders are packed correctly and shipped timely and accurately. This is a seasonal position through March with the opportunity to start immediately. The position requires work from 9-5 at our headquarters in Golden, Colorado. Work is Monday through Friday until our busy season starts in November. Starting in November, one weekend day is required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure every order is packed correctly and shipped timely and accurately
• Constantly monitor inventory levels for accuracy
• Process returns and refunds
• Anticipate, accept, and organize incoming orders from suppliers
• Keep warehouse exceptionally clean and organized at all times

Requirements

• Extreme attention to detail and organization
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Must be able to keep careful records and notes using a variety of tools (including: Google Drive, Gmail, and MS Excel)
• Display a professional attitude and calm disposition at all times
• Communicate and work well with others – Team first attitude
• Ability to lift 75lbs, handle weight up to 18lbs over head, and to quickly and frequently lift and move 20-30lb boxes
• Ability to safely and comfortably climb a 12 foot ladder while carrying objects weighing 5-20 pounds
• Ability to work on feet most of the day
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and responsibilities in order to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of skiing gear, technology, and lifestyle is helpful, but not required
• Previous warehouse experience is not required
