What we’ll expect from you and what you’ll be doing:

  • Translating your deep understanding of our business, sales pipeline and operations management expertise, success in value selling, and high emotional intelligence to develop sales strategies, plans, processes, and documentation that maximize revenue.
  • Fully owning the morale and success of the team based on your own sales success in similar positions, collaborating to solve challenging problems, mentoring or training, and serving as a liaison across the organization.

  • Maintaining, negotiating, and expanding phenomenal relationships with key customers at national, state, and local levels.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to identify new product features and functionality, company-wide operational processes, pricing, collateral, etc.
  • Reinforcing our mission and values in everything you do, and helping your team to do the same.
  • Some occasional travel to visit key customers, trade shows, and conferences.
