Sea to Summit has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized, high-energy individual to join our team as a Web Coordinator.

The Web Coordinator is responsible for product representation and merchandising on our company's eCommerce website. This includes receiving, validating, and updating content on product pages, on-site SEO, and content management. The Web Coordinator will ensure an omni-channel approach between our online presence and our presence in retail. This position will use data-driven analytics to suggest changes to the site with the primary goal of this position is to drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and conversions. The Web Coordinator is instrumental in the website’s maintenance and making incremental improvements which will ultimately improve our sales, customer experience and brand awareness. This position will work directly with the Ecommerce Manager, in addition with the Customer Service Department and Warranty Lead as they interact with our consumers on an everyday basis and generate the most feedback on how our website is performing or underperforming.

Our ideal candidate will have three plus years of relevant eCommerce experience or merchandising and category planning experience.  A Bachelor’s degree in relevant field would be desired but not required. We are looking for an individual with experience using digital analytics and KPIs to drive the business and experience utilizing good analytics is highly desired.  This individual must be an expert in using Excel and knowledge of various web technologies.  The web coordinator must have an eye for detail and have the ability to move quickly and comfortably between multiple projects, manage them from start to finish. This individual needs to be able to working with numbers and spreadsheets and be capable of summarizing and presenting data in simple and understandable ways.
