This Sales Leader is responsible for growing the topline revenue, placing new products, expanding distribution, building relationships with customer leadership teams and within the Company. Proven experience in developing actionable sales strategies is expected. Negotiating contractual allowances and customer marketing budgets is of critical importance to maintain strong Company profitability. This person is responsible for managing corporate pricing policies. Strong Excel skills, including pivot table comfortability, are essential, as our senior team is highly analytical and functions within Excel daily. With the evolution and concentration on digital revenue, omni-channel experience is a must. This position leads a team of four seasoned and talented account managers. As lines between sales, marketing, physical retail and eCommerce continue to evolve, developing a partnership with the Marketing Vice President and her team to profitably grow revenue while leveraging talent.
