River Bear American Meats is a Denver-based company owned by Chef Justin Brunson that uses old world techniques to make new world fresh and cured meats. Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and improve our fully compliant USDA Denver production facility
• Coordinate the activities of management to ensure that product, process, and quality are in line with company values and strategy
• Work with upper management on best ways to develop and accommodate our growth
• Improve our process flow, strategize then implement new programs’ launch, and coordinate necessary team members to continually improve our fulfillment, production, and coordination between operational departments
• Works closely with all departments
• Coach, mentor, and lead all team members
• Performs, adheres to, and maintains work using Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP to ensure food safety
• Oversees KPI reporting and improvement including inventory turns, operational materials and labor cost, and throughput and output capacity utilization
