We currently have an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized, high-energy individual to join our team as a Sr. Digital coordinator in our Boulder, CO office. 

 

The Sr. Digital Coordinator is responsible for supporting all processes and systems for product representation and merchandising on our company's digital channels. This includes receiving, validating, and updating content on product pages, onsite merchandizing with alignment to the marketing calendar and maintaining and accurate and current digital catalog. 

 

The Sr. Digital Coordinator will help bring the Sea to Summit brand to life digitally day-to-day, and look for new ways to personalize and optimize the experience to create a relevant and engaging experience. This position will be tasked with using data to uncover actionable insights for improving site engagement. The Sr. Digital Coordinator’s efforts will be instrumental in our digital channel’s day-to-day operations and long-term improvement.

 

This position will work with, and report directly to the Digital Sr. Manager, in addition to working closely with the Customer Service, Warranty, and Marketing Teams. They will be expected to interact regularly with consumers, and key internal and external stakeholders, generating critical feedback on our brands digital presence and performance across all online ecommerce channels.

 

Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant eCommerce and sales/marketing experience or merchandising and category planning experience.  A Bachelor’s degree in relevant field would be desired but not required. We are looking for an individual with experience using digital analytics and KPIs to improve a website’s performance. Additionally, experience with Google Analytics, HTML and SEO is highly desired.  This individual must be highly capable in Excel and knowledgeable of various web technologies.  The Sr. Digital Coordinator must have an eye for detail and have the ability to move quickly and comfortably between multiple projects. This individual needs to be comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets and be capable of summarizing and presenting data in simple and understandable ways.

 

This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package which include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401K match, paid time off, community service leave, paid holidays, RTD Pass,  gear allowance and some other great perks. The salary range for this role is $48,000 - $72,600 with the starting salary at the lower to mid point of this range. This position will be remote until it is safe to return to the workplace, located in Boulder, Colorado.
