Manna Tree is seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Analyst - Investor Relations Operations to join the Manna Tree Operations team. The Senior Analyst role will include responsibilities across the operations function with a focus on investor services, fund administration, fundraising support, and reporting. The Senior Analyst will work closely with team Director and key service providers, as well as across the organization, to provide exceptional investor service and develop requisite operations processes and controls.
Responsibilities:Â
- Coordinate fund administration activities with third-party vendor including subscriptions, capital calls, and distributions.
- Provide and collect investor information while building rapport and trust with key family office and institutional investors; maintain accurate investor records.
- Manage annual and quarterly financial reporting process for funds and co-investments; coordinate quarterly investor calls and fund-related correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of offering materials and operational due diligence documentation; liaise with investment team, investor relations and legal counsel to fulfill document and information requests.
- Provide general support to the operations function, including compliance, accounting, and people operations; identify opportunities for development and bring solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree; finance/accounting, business administration preferred.
- 2-3 years professional experience; financial services preferred.
- Superior interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (written & verbal).
- Process-driven with strong time management skills, manages high-volume of tasks with ease.
- Must share a passion for health and wellness and enjoy a versatile and dynamic environment in a small team.
- Ethical, discreet with impeccable attention to detail and follow-through.
- Thoughtful, imaginative, and intellectually curious with strong critical thinking skills.
- Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom; Pipedrive, Asana experience ideal.
