About this Position
This is a full time sales associate position at a growing startup with generous benefits and competitive salary. This position is a remote position; if you’re in Denver that is preferred, but we will consider candidates from anywhere in the United States.The Inside Sales Account Executive’s mission is to create effective inside sales strategies for inbound and outbound team building leads, lead the existing sales team, and innovate within the sales funnel.

Position Description
Capture inbound leads for corporate/private group events
Maintain relationships with previous leads
Optimise sales pitch and funnel
Sell directly to new inbound leads
Create/Maintain high revenue generating partnerships
Create an annual or semi-annual follow up with high-value events
Outcomes
Increase average lead value and close percentage monthly
inbound lead follow-up within 1 business day
follow-up with private events within 3 business days after the event
Create an outbound sales funnel (including a strategy to prospect new clients)
Meet strategic partnership quarterly quota
Consistently follow up with high value events
Competencies
Solid sales strategy (inbound/outbound)
Positive/buoyancy
Be organized with how they handle and follow-up with leads
Be effective communicator with email/phone/in-person
Have extensive sales experience
At least 2 years real sales experience
Be able to create effective sales strategies/programs from scratch
