Fall River understands concerns about group health insurance in Colorado. Employers face rising costs and compliance issues with the ACA and other ongoing regulations, and they need a year-round partner to empower their team and demystify employee benefits.
We help Front Range employers save time, money, and headaches on their employee benefits. Our deep expertise, innovative strategies, and proactive service guarantee you the best results possible. Welcome to the Fall River Experience!
Are you one of those unique people that loves math and spreadsheets but also loves engaging with clients and helping them in a meaningful way?
If you’d thrive with that balance and want to be highly valued for that rare combination, you might be a great fit with us as Benefits Analyst and Client Service Specialist. One of our wonderful team members in this role is being promoted, and we are excited to bring another person on board!
In this role, you would get to use all the parts of your brain and personality! You might start out the day at a team meeting, where you'd probably get a shout-out for doing a great job on a project. Then you might move into Excel, calculating innovative and complex scenarios that could help our clients potentially save hundreds of thousands of dollars. Then you might go to a clients’ office to walk their employees through Open Enrollment and help them navigate the health insurance system, making a real difference for them. You'd leave for the day feeling fulfilled, having learned something new (like you do daily), and knowing that what you do matters.
