Responsibilities
The Operations Engagement Manager is responsible for project management and strategic direction for clients within the areas of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, material requirement planning, procurement, inventory management systems and logistics. In this role you will manage several accounts with the support of the operations and analytics teams. Additional responsibilities include operational planning on behalf of the clients in regard to production needs and timing, logistics, as well as maintaining clear communication with clients via regimented status updates. Specific responsibilities include:

Interpreting client operational models for demand planning, material requirements planning, COGS modeling/analysis, and logistics

Reviewing inputs fed by the support team and combining with information gained from direct client interaction

Delivering regular input to clients while ensuring that questions are being answered completely and with accuracy
Skills/Experience
-
5+ years of experience in operations management with increasing levels of responsibility within Food & Beverage CPG is required

Team management experience required
-
Advanced-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
-
Experience and knowledge of inventory management systems and their
implementation is required

Northeast U.S. location preferred
-
Systems integration expert with a strong affinity for connecting back-office
workflows between tools such as ERPs, Warehouse Management Systems,
spreadsheets and accounting software

Analytical and Project Management experience preferred

Impeccable spoken and written communication skills
