The Pro’s Closet Inc. is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to take our paid channels to the next level. The ideal candidate is a strategic and deeply analytical marketer who will be responsible for creating and shaping paid campaigns to drive direct response and brand consideration for The Pro’s Closet Inc. A love for bikes is optional, but a love for analytics, KPIs, and A/B testing is required.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all performance channels, including the strategy, budget and creative with a focus on driving conversions on our site.
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly channel-level KPI targets and report on performance of each channel.
- Work alongside our Design team to develop and test new creative concepts designed to increase the engagement and efficiency of our marketing.
- Create strategies designed to to acquire, engage and nurture users throughout the funnel.
- Partner with our Design and Technology teams to improve our landing page experiences, making it easier for consumers to find the products and information they are looking for.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the marketing department.

- 3+ years of experience directly managing individual performance channels in an agency or ecommerce role.
- Equipped with experience managing a budget of $500k in annual online marketing.
- An expert in paid digital media (search, social, retargeting, prospecting, pre-roll).
- Able to use multi-touch attribution frameworks and tools such as Google Analytics to uncover value across all marketing channels.
- Driven by a channel-agnostic mindset, especially when it comes to customer acquisition.
- Inquisitive, curious, calculated and never afraid of failure.
- Smart but humble.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a friendly team environment.
