Reporting to the President and VP of Operations, while working with the Leadership Team and managing the Business Development Team, the Senior Director of Marketing and Sales is accountable to develop a sales and marketing plan that drives new business while working to sustain and grow exiting customers.
The Marketing and Sales Leader's responsibilities include:
- Generating unique sales plans, creating engaging communications, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales objectives.
- Promoting the company's existing clients and identifying growth opportunities.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the New Business team meets their goals.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding customer journey, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Developing a multi-year innovation roadmap.
- Assessing market trends and consumer/customer insights to identify and prioritize opportunities for new product development.
- Building and leading our innovation process to ensure the best ideas are being resourced and commitments are being delivered.
- Working with Digital and Social Media team to develop and evaluate digital and media plans and initiatives, both on national and regional/local levels.
- Directing the development of Point-Of-Sale Programs as well as any premium and/or ancillary brand identified programs and materials.
- Effectively communicating a growth vision to our leadership team and across the company.

Qualifications
A degree in business with an emphasis in marketing and sales required.
8-10 years of traditional brand marketing and sales leadership experience.

Planned Salary Range: 120,000 to 150,000 Annually - based on prior experience + Bonus Plan
