The Email Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce and be responsible for TPC’s email marketing strategy and campaigns. The ideal candidate is a critical, data-driven thinker with a track record of driving engagement and conversions through email. Working closely with the Design and Technology teams, this role will be responsible for optimizing our campaigns from creative to landing pages and everything in between.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all email marketing including the creating, testing, and sending of all email campaigns. This includes marketing related campaigns, transactional emails sent from our site and all 3rd party applications.
- Develop KPI targets for all email campaigns and create weekly performance reports.
- Create and maintain landing pages to improve engagement with our site and increase conversions.
- Work alongside our Design team to develop and test new creative concepts designed to increase the engagement and efficiency of our campaigns.
- Partner with our Design and Technology teams to improve our landing page experiences, making it easier for consumers to find the products and information they are looking for.
- Maintain our client data to ensure our CRM has all the data necessary for segmentation and personalization of campaigns.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the marketing department.

- 3-5 years of email marketing experience.
- Ability to manage projects independently.
- Knowledge of Klaviyo and Shopify a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and ability to create advanced reports and dashboards.
- Smart but humble.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a friendly team environment.
