Third Street & Cooper Tea Company, is looking for a full-time, on-site Customer and Sales Support Specialist to join our team that supports activities of multiple companies!  A brief about our companies, we are heritage tea & beverage companies. Our history begins with Barry Cooper founding his first tea company in 1993, and since then we have become a leader in the USA liquid beverage concentrate category. In 2013 Third Street was acquired to vertically integrate our supply chain with the onsite microbrewery. TeaComm is our international division focusing on teabags manufactured in India and Croatia. This position will be responsible for providing support to the sales team in conjunction with responding to customer and prospect queries. We are growing quickly so this role will be provided training, mentorship and grooming to advance within the company. As being the first point of contact for our customers, the ideal candidate will:

- Primary Role - Sales, new product and new customer rollout support –
Sales Support
- Work with sales team & customers to develop leads and find opportunities for targeted and specified markets.
- Intimately learn customer needs, programs, sales and operational/service teams.
- Support orders department with data entry for various international shipments.
- Source service providers and provide nutritional’s, POS materials per request.
- Support Client and Customer onboarding process.
- Report on activities, customer feedback and other metrics as assigned.
- Other Duties as Assigned
- New product and customer rollout support
- Fulfill sample requests through Sales Work Orders (SWOs) for multiple departments and subsidiaries.
- End to end management of SWO shipments
- Log, Pack, Ship, Track by lot number and manage delivery expectations (missed delivery’s, lead times, etc.).
- Maintain strict logging and tracking of R&D numbers, supplier information and supporting documents
Marketing Support –    Â
- Stay informed about current trends in flavors, packaging, business & industry news.
- Support new development of materials such as fliers, sell sheets and Customer Facing Displays (CFD’s)
- Assist with Design and roll out of sales materials and CFD’s as well as customer requests.
- Assist with Design and roll out of new labels, label designs and edits across multiple departments and subsidiaries.
- Proof, get approvals and order supplies as necessary
Project Management - tradeshows, virtual meetings, customer meetings, sales meetings
- Proactive identification of trade shows and communication with sales team
- Log all potential tradeshows & meeting schedules
- Provide forecasting for proceeding years for quantity of product and supplies needed
- Ensure prompt development of tradeshow checklist in timely manner
- Fulfill tradeshow/meeting checklist; timely, organized, cost efficient manner
- Arrange freight for pre-prepared toolkits, packaging, return and forwarding documents
Meetings – Remote and onsite –
- Assist with virtual and remote meetings that require setup, lighting, product, technical setup
- In office meetings require cleaning, organizing, preparation, planning and communication about needs
- Secondary Role and additional duties -
- Quality and Research and Development
- Receipt, log, shelve retention samples
- Support Quality Control / Taste Against Standard
- Update spec sheets, nutritional’s, client needed quality paperwork
- Support quality in R&D, lab work
- Oversee production of requested R&D samples

- Liaison between Operations/Marketing/Sales/Quality
- Complete paperwork for new items, distributors, retailers, operators and partners

- Mainline phone answering and appropriate distribution
