Only Natural Pet is looking for an Ecommerce/Marketing Manager, in this role you will coordinate the day-to-day ecommerce experience including email marketing and other customer communication.

Only Natural Pet is a leading supplier in the natural pet supplies marketplace. Founded in 2004 in Boulder, Colorado, we now make 200 of our own highly popular Only Natural Pet branded products, including food, treats, supplements, and natural flea prevention & treatment – sold both online and in retail stores nationally.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Ecommerce/Marketing Manager in our marketing team who will report to the Senior Marketing Manager. Your responsibilities will include planning, execution and reporting on our B2C experience and email programs. You bring strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to prioritize and manage simultaneous projects with excellent attention to detail.

 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, execution & analytics for certain campaigns
• Lead the email marketing program – estimated 50% of expected effort
• Maintain & update onsite campaign content
• Manage direct mail, social media and push notification campaigns
• Drive a culture of direct-to-consumer testing
• Support the identification and implementation of new technology, channels & strategies
• Stay up to date on industry best practices & opportunities

 Required Qualifications

• 4+ years related experience or equivalent
• 1+ year of B2C email marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business or similar preferred
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Excellent attention to detail and focus on reporting/communication
• Some proficiency in html/CSS/Shopify/Netsuite – a plus
