The Ecommerce Manager will manage the online direct-to-consumer sales and digital marketing activities for all Oberalp brands in the North American market, in coordination with the international Ecommerce team. This position will be responsible for developing and executing the Ecommerce strategy for the local market, establishing and managing a local performance marketing plan, leading the digital communication plan, and optimizing the websites’ merchandising, content, and performance. This position will also be responsible for establishing an Ecommerce budget, setting and achieving sales targets, and ensuring that the websites contribute positive financial results to the overall North American business. The Ecommerce Manager will report to the Group Online Sales Director and will work cross-functionally with the North American sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams as well as the international Brand Marketing and Digital IT teams.
