Ensemble Innovation Ventures (EIV) and Delta Dental of Colorado (DDCO) are seeking a Director of Strategic Growth to manage a pipeline of new and innovative opportunities for both organizations. We need someone to aggressively drive innovation and growth for both organizations and related business units. This new position will work closely with EIV and DDCO senior leadership to keep them apprised of innovative, disruptive, and emerging trends in the health and oral health industries while driving the development of growth and product roadmaps.
The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of successful product development experience in the technology or health care industries. They are a dynamic leader with an analytical, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset. They are also gifted in the art of persuasion, have a love for research, and are experienced with financial modeling and forecasting. Finally, they consider themselves to be an Excel wizard, they are comfortable presenting to senior leadership and executive level professionals and have talent for translating technical concepts for a variety of audiences.Â

The Director, Strategic Growth position pays a base salary of $100,000 to $125,000 with a generous bonus opportunity.
