We are looking for a full-time customer service associate.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Assess customer’s needs with jewelry repair and provide answers with excellent customer care and focus.
• Answer and manage incoming and outgoing calls.
• Help to facilitate payments after every repair.
• Strive to meet and go beyond personal and team targets, goals, and quotas.
• Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Minimum of High School diploma, college degree preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills, with concentration on concierge level service.
• Must be dynamic, empathetic, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Solid oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of jewelry repair process, including ability to inspect/evaluate jewelry and make repair diagnosis with cost estimations.
• Basic knowledge of jewelry cleaning and polishing equipment and usage.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Professional dress attire always required.

EXPERIENCE:

• One plus year(s) experience in luxury retail environment.

Trice hours are Monday - Saturday 10-6 closed Sunday.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
