Truewerk is a growing workwear brand based in Denver, Colorado on a mission to protect, promote, and empower the workers we believe keep society functioning, who we call Industrial Athletes. We do this through a combination of engineering the world’s most technically advanced workwear systems and leveraging our brand platform to give voice to the industrial athlete communities we serve.
Truewerk is looking for a Senior Acquisition Specialist with in-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels, strategies, and platforms to continue our growth. With a focus on driving brand awareness and conversions, this position will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination, execution and management of all paid media and SEO. This individual will report to the eCommerce Manager and will work closely with our Marketing team, external partners and other internal teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Translate broad marketing plans and business objectives into tactical, innovative paid media campaigns.
- Manage the strategy, setup, and reporting of all paid digital campaigns in coordination with external vendors.
- Proactively research and test new external partners, strategies, and tactics to continuously deliver better results.
- Collaborate with internal/external teams to create compelling ad creative that is contextually formatted for each platform and aligned with brand standards.
- Measure and optimize paid marketing campaigns using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other marketing analytics reports.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends to keep us ahead, including updates to search marketing, social media marketing, attribution, programmatic media buying and SEO.
- Test new audiences, creative and campaign structures to fuel growth.
- Manages relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners from concept through delivery, including management of weekly, bi-weekly and quarterly reports/recaps, competitive analysis for paid media and SEO recommendations.
- Responsible for building relationships and coordinating meetings with external partners.
About You
Startup life isn’t for everyone. To be successful at a fast growing company you’ll need to possess the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work well in smaller teams, communicate effectively and be able to interface with customers in a professional and personable way.
- 3-5 years experience managing multi-channel, paid digital campaigns with a proven track record of generating profitable results.
- Experience collaborating with both internal resources, external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.
- Experience independently managing digital media campaigns
- Agency and/or consulting experience (preferred)
- Able to integrate multiple paid platforms to drive a cohesive strategy that complements and supports organic channels.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mentality, always looking for more efficient ways to improve process
- 1-2 years experience in project management (preferred)
- Familiarity with web analytics and SEO
- You’re highly creative and an excellent communicator but can also be process-driven and rely on data to make decisions.
- A proactive working nature in regards to new test ideas, strategies, and staying on top of account health and maintenance.
- Experience and desire for working in a start-up environment, contributing to developing business infrastructure, and aggressively scaling a high growth business.
