The Associate, Team Engagement role is tasked with helping to recruit, retain, develop and grow the individual team members working at Global Prairie. This role is primarily focused on making the working lives of our team members simpler, balanced, more enjoyable, and more productive. This person plays an integral part on our operations team, working to help us achieve our goal of making Global Prairie one of the most innovative, healthy, employee-friendly, and growth-oriented companies in the world.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS
As a supporting member of the Team Engagement group at Global Prairie, this individual will:
- Support external and internal talent management related tasks, such as:
- EXTERNAL: draft and post new job descriptions, first review of candidate applications, schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, initial screening of candidates when applicable
- INTERNAL: management and monitoring of company-wide Workload Manager, monitoring team member’s weekly resourcing and time allocation across our client portfolio
- General support of external contractor sourcing, securing, onboarding and management
- Coordinate all aspects of new team member onboarding and exiting team member offboarding
- Partner on the development of key professional development initiatives throughout the year, both internal trainings and external program identification
- Attend webinars and monitor current articles/trends on professional development, retention, and best practices related to company culture.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of company-wide programs and events, including philanthropy, health & wellness, and internal meetings and large events.
- Update and maintain data in Global Prairie’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS), as needed.
- Support overall Global Prairie operations by assisting with the meetings, events, programs, and important/new initiatives and special projects.
- Additional responsibilities/duties, as assigned.
Additionally, the ideal candidate must meet these qualifications:
- Ability to demonstrate high confidentiality and discretion
- Comfortability in Microsoft Excel
- 4+ years’ experience
- Relevant positions in talent recruitment, operations, resourcing, or human resources
- Bachelors or graduate degree
- Skillful communicator – long form written, informal spoken, and formal presentation style
- Proficient in Microsoft office
