Summary:
The ideal candidate will have minimum 3-5 years experience in the foodservice F&B industry. The On-Premise Sales Representative will be in charge of business development for our food service division and work closely with management to develop new business, create up-sell opportunities and improve current client relations. We believe the quality of our team is everything, and we are looking for intelligent, driven, out-going colleagues who believe in our mission and desire a unique work experience in a start-up environment.Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business expansion opportunities (get cans in hands!)
- Provide regular updates and weekly / monthly reports of sales attained and potential sales growth within food service accounts (CRM platform)
- Evolve knowledge of all Teakoe product lines and passion for the beverage industry
- Create and exceed sales goalsÂ
- Attend relevant trade shows and events
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Work closely with Distributors to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and provide continual rep training
- Assist in the development of product collateral needed for business development
- Maintain and build relationships with current food service customers
