Full Job Description

With the growth we are experiencing and our continued ambitions in the US, we are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager who will report to the Director of Marketing to grow the a2 Milk® brand.

Summary

Own and drive all aspects of company’s digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, online video, online grocery, social media, websites, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop short and long-term digital strategy in close partnership with agencies and Marketing team
  • Understand company goals and objectives and be able to translate them to agencies to ensure we hit our goals
  • Oversee multiple digital agencies, uniting them to achieve shared company goals
  • Utilize digital campaigns to support key retailers and contribute to awareness and conversion KPIs
  • Lead, manage and develop Associate Digital Marketing Manager who owns content strategy, social media, influencers and brand advocacy
  • Accountable for all digital program deadlines, results and other deliverables
  • Create, manage and forecast digital budget on an ongoing basis
  • Evaluate and continually optimize online marketing performance including KPI creation and ROI analysis
  • Work with agency to optimize and drive strong ROAS for retailer online grocery programs
  • Keep up to date on latest industry developments, online trends, new digital tools,
  • Present high-level performance and actionable recommendations to management
  • Proactively explore new online marketing opportunities
  • Work closely with Marketing team to align and collaborate on integrated programs
  • Safeguard the brand and ensure that all digital communications and creative are consistent
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned

Qualifications

  • BS/BA Degree, Business or Marketing preferred
  • Minimum 4 years digital marketing experience including experience leading SEO/SEM, digital media, online grocery and other digital campaigns (consumer packaged goods experience preferred)
  • Highly motivated individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills including leadership, communication and teamwork
  • Creative thinker with the ability to track trends and develop innovative ideas
  • Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with both internal and external contacts
  • Effective at managing and prioritizing many projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word Press, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Basic HTML, Google AdWords (Search & Display Network), Google Tag Manager
