Full Job Description

ALOHA is seeking a charismatic, high-energy operations analyst who demonstrates passion, grit and embraces accountability. Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain, this position will be the key driver of order processing and relationship management for the fast growing and changing digital/direct to consumer side of the Aloha sales function. Furthermore, this person will work holistically on streamlining processes and cross-functional problem solving aimed at achieving higher and higher levels of efficiency, maximizing fulfillment rate and ensuring premier customer service.

Candidate must have strong track record of success with like-minded, consumer-driven companies, be able to work well in a collaborative (remote-based) team environment, and be passionate about meeting stretch objectives while putting the customer first. This person is self-motivated, proactive, transparent, and desires to be in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Passion for health and wellness is a must!

Core Responsibilities

Process EDI and non-EDI orders in QuickBooks

•Key Customer Experience: Amazon (both 3P Seller and 1P Vendor Central), including creating ASN labels. Experience with Walmart Retailink B2B site.

• Communicate with sales (internally) and with customers (externally) on any supply chain related issues. Maintain inventory reports, updating finance team on any discrepancies

• Verify order pricing is always accurate; business-savvy and financially attuned

• Understand third-party warehouse procedures, including logistics providers and any 3PL (broker/distributors) to facilitate timely shipments and pick-ups.  Proactively identity potential issues and reactively solve transportation, logistics systems, exports and customer issues.

• Ensure product inventory to available in DC and ready-to-ship dates according to customer timelines. Coordinate inbound shipping with supplier, broker and warehouse

Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience within the CPG world and preferably in the food industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or relate field
  • Key leadership characteristics: transparency, integrity, leadership/drive for results, collaborative, flexible, strong communicator, player/coach mentality with ability to roll up sleeves
  • Practical time management skills and being an adaptive problem solver is a must
  • Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite particularly in Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Familiarity with TrueCommerce EDI and QuickBooks is essential
