Overview
Colorado Landmark, Realtors has been the luxury home leader in Boulder, CO since 1977. As we continue to support our brand’s growth in the real estate marketplace, a new position is being formed. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to create and manage marketing programs, lead generation, key message development and brand building tactics. Our ideal candidate is a junior professional with demonstrable creative writing skills. If you are also knowledgeable about content optimization and brand consistency, we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Build integrated marketing programs and execute tactics from start to finish
- Develop and execute content strategy and marketing calendar
- Plan and create blog content and calendar
- Design engaging emails for newsletters and email campaigns through MailChimp, and assist agents with personalization and distribution
- Summarize trends, stats and industry information into meaningful soundbites that can be used in all marketing mediums
- Execute advertising in multiple channels including print, paid digital, outdoor, social, direct mail, etc.
- Manage and update website content and analyze traffic/metrics regularly
- Post content to social media platforms (Facebook, instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn) as needed, and engage daily/weekly; analyze metrics regularly
- Create and update content for postcards, flyers, listing presentations, and buyer presentations
- Create or curate assets and content and maintain on partner websites, including Luxury Portfolio, etc.
- Create key messaging for all channels, including digital, printed and public relations efforts
- Manage internal creative assets, including documents, images, printed pieces and presentations
- Help maintain consistent branding across all mediums
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
- 5+ years experience working in marketing or branding
- Understanding of marketing strategy and planning with the ability to help identify the right tactics across multiple marketing channels
- Ability to multi-task effectively, prioritize projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication, organizational skills and teamwork
- Sense of curiousity and willing to help
- Solid understanding of digital and social marketing
- Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and presentation of written content
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
- Willing to travel to three offices in the Boulder County (Boulder, Louisville, Niwot)
- Passion for the real estate industry
