We are currently looking for an eCommerce Manager to join our sales & marketing team and lead the development of a best in class e-commerce business.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage & build growth plan for Amazon businesses on both Vendor Central & Seller Central platforms
- Develop strategy and growth plan + manage our D2C ecommerce business (pamelasproducts.com)
- Manage and optimize our retailer based ecommerce sponsored product ad programs (e.g. Instacart, promote IQ, quotient, Walmart.com, etc.)
- Create and improve our consumer engagement, touchpoints and insights through our digital touchpoints (website, social properties, etc)
- Lead execution of all eCommerce focused promotional and marketing activities such as newsletters, promotional social activation, search ads, etc.
- Develop business performance trackers to communicate results to broader organization
- Manage content and asset creation to update and optimize our online presence
- Work closely with the Operations team provide excellent customer service and to help us adhere to Amazon specific standards & requirements
- Work closely with the Finance team to help resolve EDI issues, deduction disputes & ensure profitability on Amazon
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in various ecommerce and digital marketing functions
- Strong analytical skills able to build performance dashboards, budget / revenue forecasting for online sales and improve metrics over time
- Adaptable to change and the fast pace of an entrepreneurial culture
- Independent and self-motivated
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Strong communication skills
