The Role
* You will be responsible for maintaining and developing Demand Forecasts for a select few of our customers.
* You will be responsible for client onboarding, training, end-user support, and other duties as assigned.
* You will operate in a dynamic, fast-moving startup environment without much formal structure.
* This is a critical hire for us. You will be a core member of our team.
* You will put our customers' interests and needs first, especially during busy periods. Sometimes this means responding to emails outside of business hours. Sometimes this allows for a nice break during the middle of the day to enjoy the Colorado sunshine.
* You will proactively identify areas where systems, business processes, and procedures need to be developed. You will collaborate with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Job Functions
* Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.
* Lead and manage the monthly S&OP process for select customers. Manage a consensus-driven forecast for our customers by:
Gathering and managing data
Developing the demand plan with input from sales and marketing
Understanding and allowing for the impact to the supply team
Presenting the demand plan to executive teams
* Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
* Analyze and interpret customer consumption and fulfillment data to determine trended future requirements.
* Support annual planning process for designated customers.
* Train and support end-users on the Company applications and tools.
* Assist in onboarding new clients by organizing online work sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Preferable - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, or related field
* 2+ years of Demand Planning or relevant work experience
* Experience working with clients
* You can crush a spreadsheet and are comfortable manipulating large data sets
* Superior Word, Access, and PowerPoint skills
* Expertise participating in cross-functional S&OP process; proficiency in forecasting
Nice To Have
* SQL, C#, .Net experience
* BI tools experience
* ERP experience
* Food and beverage manufacturing knowledge
