reBLEND is looking for a hungry, scrappy, and seasoned sales account executive to join the reBLEND team. This role will be focused on building new accounts within hotels and hospitality. This role requires prior experience in hotel food and beverage alongside work within a sales role (2+ years)
The key responsibilities will include:
– Generate new business and exceed monthly sales quotas
– Potential customer outreach via email, social media, and cold/warm calls
– Build partnerships and generate referrals
– Follow up with inbound contacts
– Explore new channels to acquire leads
– Research and help generate target lists
– Build CRM for hospitality and utilize other software tools
What we look for:
– 3+ years of sales experience (must have in a food and beverage or GM experience in a hotel/hospitality setting)
– Exceptional communication, listening, and organizational skills
– Scrappy hustler with determination to get the job done and drive to win
– Implement learnings and adapt fast – be dedicated to constantly improving your results
– Have an infectiously positive attitude – never give up!
– Experience with hospitality or food service, and at fast pace startup environment preferred
