An exciting opportunity to join a Boulder-based start-up dedicated to innovating home management and maintenance for Boulder area homeowners.Â
Our goal is to make owning and maintaining your home easy - giving homeowners the time to get back to doing what matters most in life. We operate with a strong emphasis on relationship-building, effective communication, and customer-first education.
Offering a single point of contact, the Homeowner Concierge provides a five-star level of service and approach to home management for our high-end clients. We will create a 12 month home care plan for them, and proactively advise on seasonal services and manage small projects as they come up.Â
Responsibilities & Duties
- Business development, alongside GageHome founder, responsible for growing the subscription client base.Â
- Creates home evaluations and guides owners through the onboarding process.Â
- Manages annual schedule of preventative home maintenance along with special projects, repairs, and ad hoc requests.
- Creates standard operating procedures to streamline efficiency, improve organization, and increase productivity.
- Schedules Gage employees and vendors for small to mid-scale home projects ensuring deadlines are met.
- Posts weekly charges for accounts receivable and processes accounts payable.
- Generates monthly revenue reporting to monitor business performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manages vendor relationships and works to build new ones.
- Checks in on homes when homeowners are out of town.
- Wears lots of hats, is willing to jump in as a self-starter, and enjoys offering support to a great team.
Required Traits:Â
- Detailed and Organized
- Effective communicator, tend to lean towards an extravert, great with customer serviceÂ
- Entrepreneurial and comfortable juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Easily navigate technology and able to learn fast (Gmail, google drive, calendars, QuickBooks, Salesforce)Â
Hours: Flexible full time at 30-35 hrs a week (80% at home 20% on-site)
Pay: Livable wage for Boulder, CO, and dependent on experience.
