We’re your basic Boulder company: professionals, dirtbags, coffee fanatics and foodies all in one. Yoga, climbing, biking, skiing, surfing, weird diets, etc… We work hard but have been known to meet at 4:30am on an Alpine Start dawn patrol (we know it’s redundant) to ski before work. Some nights we stay late at the office, some afternoons we go climb to talk through ideas (Movement is down the street!). It’s a small team and everyone wears a lot of hats!

The Social Media Content Coordinator will build on Alpine Start’s online presence and e-commerce business through managing the front end of our Shopify store, using site analytics to develop digital marketing programs that drive revenue. We want you to be creative and passionate about storytelling and building community around our products and passions.
You'll be responsible for implementing our digital strategy across Owned and Paid media channels via email marketing, social media, blog, influencer programs, and digital ads. You’ll oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, working with subject matter expert consultants to ensure smooth operations and site improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and executing digital marketing strategies, preferably in the natural food and beverage sector.
We're a small team and as such, everyone has a seat at the table. You'll be involved in sales discussions, marketing and new products. Everyone's opinion is heard on big decisions, but we're not precious about our ideas if they go in a different direction. We're looking for people that can be creative and make us more efficient.
Responsibilities

Own all e-commerce programs, including email marketing, promotions, content, SEO optimization, advertising and cross-marketing programs on our website and social platforms.

Oversee strategy, execution and growth across Paid Media (Google, Facebook) and Owned Media (Alpinestartfoods.com, blog, social media channels).

Execute creation of digital content (email, website, social media creative) using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Develop strategy and execute growth of affiliate marketing program in coordination with influencer outreach.
- Minimal amount of shipping samples and web orders when necessary.
Required Skills/Experience

Experience in digital marketing/e-commerce management

Experience working with a Shopify store

Canva or Adobe Creative Suite design and production skills, photography skills a plus.

Basic understanding of how to use Google Analytics data to draw business insights and drive ad campaigns

Experience working within the natural food and beverage sector a plus

Passion for climbing and other adventure based outdoor sports

Hours & Compensation
- Flexible schedules are easy for us, but we like our office and think it's fun to have a team environment. You're welcome to work from home when needed/wanted but 60-80% of your time will be in the office.
- Compensation will vary by experience. $45-60k
