Panoptyc is a startup of 25+ focused on solving the timeless retail theft problem and other core problems in retail using AI and computer vision. Our technology is utilized by over 1,000 stores. Struggling retailers who are facing decreasing sales and large risk in today's economy depend on Panoptyc to mitigate loss and maintain profitability. We are a fully distributed team, though we are moving to Miami, FL soon and you are welcome to come work there with us if you would like.

**What We're Looking For:**
We're looking for a hard-working, reliable, intelligent individual with experience working in management, technology startups and/or outsourcing. You will run day-to-day operations and management of Panoptyc's chief line of business- AI loss prevention and camera technology solutions

**Tasks And Responsibilities:**
- Running weekly team meeting and holding team accountable for achieving company goals
- Managing different departments and serving as a decision-maker across the organization
- Communicating with customers and the internal team to solve any problems or customer needs. - Filling in for certain departments to complete objectives yourself when necessary.
- Delegate incoming work and leverage Panoptyc's team to solve problems as quickly and thoroughly as possible
- Handling new processes and edge cases that emerge in Panoptyc's operations
- Hiring team members
- Designing organizational chart and segmenting company responsibilities

**The ideal candidate:**
- 4+ years in technology startups
- 2+ years of management experience
- Clear background of exceptional achievement and getting a lot done
- Very Organized
