OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, you will be a member of the Digital Marketing team within Global Marketing. You will own our consumer marketing analytics and work across the Marketing Team to analyze our consumer marketing touch points. Using data from multiple sources (CRM, Email, Advertising, etc) you will create consumer behavior and interest reports that will feed into BOA’s consumer marketing plans. You will ideally bring a love for data, inherent curiosity, and knowledge of digital marketing.
CORE REPONSIBILITIES
- Regularly role model the Core Operating Principles to your team and others
- Aggregate data from our different marketing sources and normalize it for reporting in Excel, DataStudio or PowerBI.
- Create consumer centric views of data based on affinity category, geography, and other attributes, and present meaningful insights from the data
- Work with Marketing team on our consumer marketing strategy, drawing on data insights to inform targeting, creative, and channel strategies
- Evaluate digital channels to determine efficacy of our strategy changes
- Partner with outside digital agencies to ensure digital analytics tools are accurate
- Support other department initiatives to advance the global Marketing strategy
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of digital marketing or data analysis experience, with a desire to build a career path in digital marketing or data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions), Google Analytics, Hootsuite and other relevant digital analytics tools
- Comfort operating in constant change and a passion for approaching new challenges with creative solutions
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse groups of people across the globe
- Experience in a Business Intelligence role
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (tableau, Domo, Power BI, or similar)
- Budgeted salary range: $60,000 - $70,000
- We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees with similar experience in the same or similar role
- This role is also eligible for a 10% annual bonus
