Full Job Description

The Customer Experience Representative works with Pactimo’s growing online Retail Division. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. The representative will manage customer communication and interaction, provide product information, resolve customer issues and assist customers in our Denver Brand Studio once it reopens.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pactimo in a positive and professional manner 

• Answer product and service questions in person at our Brand Studio, through the website, emails and calls

• Facilitate returns and exchanges

• Create orders for new and existing customers

• Answer questions about customer accounts and rewards program

• Collaborate with retail team including weekly meetings via conference call or in the office

Qualifications

  • Cycling experience preferred
  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Problem solving skills

Position is based on the Denver Metro Area.
