Sarah & Jameson became a Certified Therapy Dog Team in 2013 with The Good Dog Foundation in New York. Jameson set off to ease human suffering and promote recovery from trauma and stress. Using animal-assisted therapy services, Jameson worked to aid the human healing process and enhance quality of life. Watching him positively impact the life of a stranger in need was so profound that Sarah knew she had to create something special to reward dogs for their unconditional love, while giving back to the community in the process.
Proceeds from the sale of every item go back to support animal welfare organizations including service and therapy dog groups throughout the country. LJ believes no dog should ever be without a human to love and treat them

Lord Jameson Dog Wellness Company is seeking a Production Member to join our amazing team in Boulder, Colorado.
You will be supporting all facets of our in-house production team as it relates to our dog treats, and new product development lines. This includes working closely with internal and external teams for production, planning, execution, record keeping of production data, raw ingredient inventory management, and final product distribution and fulfillment. The position will allow you to play an important role in growing the Lord Jameson Production operations and supporting the existing team and its members.
Responsibilities
- Support all production assignments for Lord Jameson products.
- Learn all production activities including ingredient ordering, production scheduling, machine management and operations, as well as quality checks
- Coordinate with Production Manager to support and monitor raw ingredient and packaging inventory levels
- Ensure all finished products are produced in a timely manner and are in full compliance with key USDA Organic Certified quality and food safety checkpoints.
- Support the optimization of production processes, including optimization of extrusion parameters
- Support on-site fulfillment and packaging
- Work with Fulfillment Coordinator to distribute finished product shipments in a timely manner
- Assist the product team with cost-saving initiatives
- Report direct to Director Of Operations
