ABOUT THE ROLE
 
Reporting to the VP of Global Marketing, you will manage the various global marketing processes across our Creative, Content, and Digital teams. You will support campaign planning, cross-tactical execution planning, budget management, and the marketing team's annual calendar. You will work across multiple departments and geographic offices to organize the efficient execution of marketing programs and manage the workflow, communications and timetables to ensure marketing deliverables are high-quality, on-time, and on-budget. You are able to operate and excel at the strategic and tactical positions.
 
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Regularly role model BOA's values to your team and others
  • Oversee the daily marketing project management process and help us execute all marketing projects on-time, on-budget and with quality outputs
  • Control the workflow and process of each project and maintain consistent communication between the Creative, Content, Digital Marketing, Regional/Trade Marketing, Consumer Support and Product Marketing teams
  • Oversee our project management software (Wrike) to assign projects, create work-back schedules that ensure timelines are met across all projects, communicate project updates, track external quotes/production and close jobs once completed
  • Work with marketing leadership in the creation and management of global marketing campaign processes
  • Manage initial kick-off meetings with stakeholders for each project to ensure everyone is aligned on goals, responsibilities, and outcomes
  • Source and manage all external print and production vendors, maintain relationships with external suppliers, and process invoices
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 7+ years of experience as a Marketing/Creative Project Coordinator or Manager
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
  • Demonstrated commitment to a Marketing career path
  • Experience building and managing project management processes
  • Experience sourcing and managing digital and print projects
  • Desire to use your organized project management approach to maintain our fast pace and manage multiple deadlines
  • Comfort setting expectations with stakeholders, negotiating with vendors, and helping others maintain a high level of productivity
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse groups of people across the world
OVERVIEW OF COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 
  • Budgeted salary range: $75,000 - $100,000
    • We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees with similar experience in the same or similar role
    • This role is also eligible for a 10% annual bonus
