Job Description/Purpose:
Provide marketing support to sales & marketing. Duties will include sending product samples to customers, building powerpoint decks, participating in events, and developing marketing materials. Managing purchases and inventories for our website/Shopify. Participate as needed to ensure customers and Moonlight Beverage products are successful in the Colorado market. Effectively convey the benefits of Moonlight Beverage through sales & marketing presentation and interactions with clients, events, and inner company culture. Absolute customer and consumer satisfaction is a goal for the Moonlight Beverage experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support as needed for successful launches at locations Moonlight products are sold.
- Support sales account meetings in the Colorado Market including the Greater Denver Area and popular Ski Areas along the West Slope.
- Monitor E-commerce to ensure orders are filled and inventory levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with team in marketing content creation for all marketing channels in cooperation with customers, consumers, and other business partners.
- Make recommendations on the effectiveness of marketing efforts with consideration of sales, related expenses, and future return on the effort.
- Implement PR and Advertising campaigns in the key retailer geographies that resonate with the product application, company values, and consumer values.
- Provides innovative ideas for business systems and work process improvements.
- Mostly weekday with occasional weekends as needed. Workdays can be flexible as long as company, customer, and vendor work is completed on time. Most weeks will require 20-25 hours of time.
Qualifications
Basic marketing experience and education will be very helpful in this role. Ability to take an open-minded, creative, and positive approach to all challenges experienced in life.
Technical skills needed for this position:
- General computer knowledge and skills
- Proficient in micro soft word, excel, and powerpoint.
- Experience in the functions of Shopify.

This is a part-time position.
Starting Wage: $20-25/hour dependent on experience
Car Mileage paid at $.65/mile driven
