After being diagnosed with Lupus a few years back, Amy Lacey knew she needed to start eating more mindfully. So she set out to create wholesome, delicious food without sacrificing taste. And that's how the Amy's Cali'flour Pizza Crust was born!Â
Now, Cali'flour Foods has turned into a nationally distributed and recognized brand that sells Keto friendly, gluten and grain free pizza crusts, pizzas, flatbreads and entrees. While Amy grew the business organically online in the beginning, today you'll also find us in major retailers like Whole Foods, Wal-Mart, Kroger, Albertsons/Safeway, and many others across the country.
And this is only the beginning! Backed by Sunrise Capital Partners in Boulder, Colorado, Cali'flour Foods is poised to rapidly expand nationally. And that's where you come in!
Cali'flour Foods has a robust digital and e-commerce presence, with a large database of current customers and a healthy e-commerce business. We seek a professional to help us accelerate this business across our Shopify and Amazon platforms. You will also play a key role in the growth of the brand by leading the creation and deployment of our digital and social creative assets. You will also optimize our media spend to grow sales.Â
You will have three specific responsibilities:Â
E-Commerce Leadership: Management of Amazon and Shopify platforms, including all assets and listing, email marketing to drive to the site, site promotions and other growth platforms. You will have P&L ownership of Cali'flour's e-commerce business.Â
Digital Marketing Leadership: Leadership of asset creation and creative execution, including optimizing and driving our return on ad spend.Â
Creative Leadership: Play a critical role as a brand steward in the strategy and execution of all creative assets
Job-specific requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years Marketing/Brand Management in Food or CPG in general
- 3+ years of experience with digital project management in B2C e-commerce environments.
- 3+ years of experience with online analytics. Ability to draw insights from numbers and synthesize into tangible action plans.Â
- Some website development and maintenance experience.
- Some content creation experience (Adobe, Canva, etc..).
- Some experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo)
- Exceptional online marketing, e-commerce, and social media abilities.
- Exceptional relationship-building with customer first approach.
- Passion for excellence, rapid execution, and rapid iteration.
- Passion for building healthy, sustainable brands.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- The candidate must be local to the greater Boulder, Colorado area.
- This role requires 10-20% travel
- This role reports directly to the CMO of Cali'flour Foods
