We serve international staffing firms who are expanding into the USA and staffing entrepreneurs by serving as the Employer of Record or Agent of Record for their contract placements.

Primary responsibility: To ensure that all payroll across all of our clients is accurate, on time, all of the time.
Duties include:
- Data entry for timesheets and payroll
- Accurate preparation of payroll
- Accurate preparation and processing of invoices and billing
- Reporting
- Accurate bookkeeping and general support with financial reporting
- Administrative support as needed
Ideal candidate:
- 5 years+ of payroll experience with track history of success
- 3 years+ of staffing payroll experience, ideally using Bullhorn or similar software
- Has experience or general knowledge of data entry, auditing, payroll, billing, AR/AP
- Highly proficient with excel and data
- Loves detail, numbers, and accuracy!
- Strong value fit and highly conscientious
Location & Compensation:
- This is a remote, work-from-home position (we permanently operate as a distributed team!)
- Compensation $45k-$55k per year
The interview process will include:
- Initial phone screen (if resume is accepted)
- A few online assessments (natural strengths + skills)
- One or two in-depth interview(s) with Agile team members
- Final decision
