Why work with Mad Agriculture?
Our mission is to create a regenerative revolution in agriculture. At Mad Ag we believe that healing our relationships to self, others and the earth is our highest calling. To do this, we put radical ideals to work. We see no division between the work of the heart, soul and mind. We crack it all open, with the belief that the power to affect change lies in the interplay between these realms. We seek regenerative transformation by blending the dimensions of agriculture, social psychology, aspirational politics, philosophy, science, carbon cycling, ecology, sacred economics, movement building, markets, poetry, innovation and more.
Mad Ag Culture:
- We are a container for growth and discovery; a community to express your passion, find belonging and meaning; and, an opportunity to expand your community of practice and change.
- We are excited to help you move boldly to fulfill your dreams of work and play.
- We require personal, progressional and societal transformation.
- We play long term games with long term people.

- We have a bias to action. Thoughts without action are dead.
- We are here to change agriculture.
The Role:
This year we launched one of the raddest funds in agriculture and we’re looking to grow our team to help steward it. We are focused on providing regenerative organic farmers with the financial resources they need to create ecological and economic wealth. You will be focused on working with these pioneering farmers to provide them working capital, equipment, and infrastructure loans so they can transform their farms and the broader food system. You will be in charge of working with our growing pipeline of farmers to lead diligence, loan commitments, and loan servicing. We have loads of farmers who wish to work with us, and we need help qualifying who is the best fit to lead this revolution in agriculture and finance.
You will have the creative freedom to independently help create the future of our Capital arm as we continue to march forward. We are growing fast, building our next business for a 2022 launch, and need a hard working, entrepreneurial person in the saddle with us.
We need your help to build, launch, and steward these businesses. Creating the first financial platform for regenerative organic farmers is no small task. We are going to move $10B into regenerative organic farmers hands by 2030. We need ambitious and creative people with the grit to get this done. Join us.
