Our furniture and amenities are placed in parks, public plazas and in shopping center common spaces. You’ll also find our products at bus stops, transit stations and other public places. Our customers are cities, contractors, consultants, real estate development companies and transit agencies.
We primarily operate in a digital environment but maintain a presence at industry specific conferences and customer focused trade shows. Â We also participate in local pop-up events, community festivals and product demonstrations where appropriate. In addition, we market to landscape architects, landscape contractors and commercial property owners through lunch and learns, e-mail marketing and some social media. We are customer service focused business.
Full Job Description
We are seeking an individual with multiple skill sets and a problem solver. The selected individual will be involved a variety of activities involving product and lead database management, customer proposal preparation, product ordering, order tracking, product delivery and installation. Initially, this position will involve a large amount of on-line research. Our ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be a solution driven personable self-starter with the ability to interface with both vendors and customers. Â Experience with Apple related software would be a plus but willing to train a potential candidate. Ability to assist in the development of monthly newsletters, social media post and marketing would be a plus.
