Full Job Description

Quicksilver is a pioneer in the natural health industry. Our growth is fueled by individuals who share our passion. Currently, we have an opening for a Digital Marketing Coordinator in our Louisville, CO location.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading and managing the website for both brands, Quicksilver Scientific and our consumer brand. This includes product updates, product page execution, inventory management, coordination and execution of new landing pages, along with the implementation of promotional codes and pop-ups. The Digital Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing Manager with all email campaign development, execution and tracking to drive retention and new customer acquisition and revenue. This includes working closely with the greater marketing team to create automated and direct campaigns.

Email: QS and QS's Consumer Brand

  • Supports Digital Marketing Manager in the definition, deployment and management of email campaigns and landing pages, including but not limited to, editing messages, leading design and copy reviews, structuring A/B tests, scheduling deliveries, and digital marketing reporting.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ideate, test, and scale top-performing email messaging and visual creative.
  • Increase the number of email list subscribers, as well as develop and implement subscriber segments.
  • QA campaigns for functionality, rendering, tracking and customer experience.
  • Maintain a current understanding and application of email best practices.
  • Responsible for daily-weekly-monthly email reporting, including customer engagement metrics, trends, test results and campaign performance.
  • Act as an internal HubSpot specialist - responsible for HubSpot training for internal marketing team, project allocation, and understanding and communicating platform updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for quarterly email execution for Dr Shade.com or as needed.

  • Website Updating: copy, product, images, stock for all websites.
  • Responsible for the creation of coupon codes and the management and communication of pertinent information of code use, start, end and restrictions for all brands.
  • Responsible for creation and execution of pop ups for promotions.
  • Supports Digital Marketing Manager with all HubSpot marketing integrations and reporting, as well as marketing-specific website updates and materials.
  • Work closely with Regulatory Compliance team to ensure all campaign materials meet compliance guidelines.
  • Works alongside Digital Marketing Manager, greater marketing team, and outside agencies for ongoing optimization of website content to drive conversion and revenue.
  • Optimize and implement best practices with an eye for scalable efficiency and automation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
  • 2 to 4 years of email marketing or applicable online advertising experience (both B2B and B2C capacity)
  • 2+ years of solid working experience of HubSpot – specifically landing page and email marketing
  • Proficiency in MS Office with intermediate Excel skills
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email production
  • Proficiency in WordPress
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google AdWords

Ideal Candidates have the following traits:

  • Experience in the Wellness Industry
  • 4+ years of email marketing or applicable online advertising experience (both B2B and B2C capacity)
  • Copywriting/copy-editing skills
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
  • Advanced operational knowledge of HubSpot
  • Ability to code HTML and CSS is a plus, but at minimum, capacity to use HTML and CSS in email production
  • Adobe Suite Proficient
  • Excellent project management skills, attention to detail and proactive approach to getting things done
  • Analytically minded, comfortable manipulating, visualizing and interpreting data in Excel
  • Familiarity with updating web content through a CMS platform (WordPress)
  • Working knowledge of eCommerce platform administration (Woo Commerce)
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously
  • Results driven, proactive, able to work autonomously, with the ability to relate to and work with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving work and market environment.
