Do you feel rewarded helping customers?
As a Member Care Specialist, you will help create energy around Centivo, a new type of healthcare plan, providing members and healthcare providers high-level support on inquires and education of Centivo products: applications, site, and tools. You will be a key part of how Centivo provides a great member experience as you will be helping members navigate the healthcare system. And with the support of your team members and supervisors, you will research and respond to complex inquiries, interactions and sensitive cases using provided programs, tools, and outreach.
Do you have a passion for hands-on problem solving? Do you love helping others by sharing your customer service knowledge? At Centivo, you document all interactions while ensuring proper processes and procedures are followed. You use amazing people skills to work externally with members and providers and collaborate internally with team members on special projects as assigned by Member Care leaders.
We’d love you to have:
High School diploma or GED
An ability to deliver amazing customer service experiences and aid and empathize with others during times of stress and confusion
A desire to disrupt the healthcare system
Where you will be working:
This position will have openings and training set up in Denver, CO and Buffalo, NY with consideration for candidates that are located outside these office spaces.
Pay and benefits:
$20 to $24 per hour

Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay
