You’re good at:
● Being both in front of and behind the camera
● Creating content within each social media channel
○ Instagram Reels
○ Instagram & Facebook Stories
○ Pinterest Boards
○ TikTok Content
○ Etc.
● Capturing behind the scene content via iPhone
○ Photoshoots
○ Product team “why we made this”
○ Company events
○ Creating styling videos
○ Etc.
● Cultivating a community through engaging content
● Ability to storyboard & collaborate with designers

Time Breakout for this role:
● 80% of your time will be creating content.
○ Photoshoot travel

○ Time at Boulder HQ
○ Editing
● 10% of your time will be responding and engaging the pact® community.
● 10% of your time will be working on strategic ways to grow the channels in unison with
the marketing team.
