Kodo is seeking a dynamic content creator to develop and implement a content program in support of our growing brand. The Content Marketing Manager will work alongside fellow marketing, sales and education teams to create effective and innovative campaigns to drive demand generation, thought leadership and inbound marketing. The Content Marketing Manager is a skilled marketing professional who can truly and effectively take rich, meaningful content and weave it into powerful campaigns across multiple channels of our mission-driven brand. This person is a creative and thoughtful marketer who understands the power of content and how to promote it strategically using various marketing tactics. There is ample growth within our marketing team and the ideal candidate will be excited for the challenge of helping build and shape the Kodo brand as our company grows.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Design and implement a content marketing strategy and calendar with a focus on thought leadership to support business objectives.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and strategy which achieves business goals.

Take educationally rich content from the education team and effectively spin it across multiple marketing channels. Content may include blog posts, case studies, arcles, infographics, videos and webinars.

Collaborates with Kodo’s educaon team, SMEs, and partners in the producon of content and encourages an ongoing flow of content ideas that are in line with business strategy.

Ensures content consistently reflects Kodo’s tone, style and branding

Manage multiple projects and deadlines, from quick turnarounds to longer, in-depth projects.

Collaborates with the broader marketing team to build plans for testing new content marketing channels.

Identifies and applies emerging content types and channels to continuously evolve the content marketing strategy.

Monitors metrics to ensure opmtiized marketing ROI and progress against goals.

Develop standards, systems and best pracces (both human and technological) for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing, including the real- time implementation of content strategies.

Establish workflow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content.
A successful candidate will be/have the following:

3+ years relevant experience as a writer and content creator/manager

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate frequently with others.
