Position Overview

This position reports to the Chief Product Officer and is responsible for executing the direction of the organization’s marketing functions including driving demand generation for new and existing logos, content creation and curation, and product marketing assistance.

Principal responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales leadership to drive new logo acquisition and increase demand from existing logos
  • Develop content to support sales and product-focused activities including whitepapers, product collateral, sales guides, prospect and client presentation templates
  • Develop call to action-oriented content and campaigns targeted toward key customer and prospect segments
  • Create and curate content for blog, website, social media thought leadership, brand support
  • Leverage internal data and insights to inform content supporting Path2Response’s unique value proposition and industry leadership
  • Guide and implement marketing, creative and communication strategy both online and offline
  • Evolve infrastructure needed to support company and product marketing initiatives
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and implement improvements as needed
  • Work closely with product management to develop and implement go to market plans 
  • Own the marketing calendar and deliver input on department budgets.
  • Execute plans to support Sales and Account Management teams attending industry events and conferences

What You Need to be Successful in this Role

  • Built-in bias for stepping into the shoes of your user/client/audience in order to create value-and benefit-driven copy and content
  • Direct experience conceptualizing, outlining, and writing marketing content
  • Management of design/visualization resources as needed to build content into diverse media formats
  • Experience in driving messaging to appropriate leads in the direct marketing B2B marketplace
  • Proven experience and success in a B2B marketing role using online and offline channels
  • Experience (3+ years) of increasingly more challenging marketing responsibilities  
  • Experience with online lead generation and website optimization 
  • Demonstrate a strong customer focus.  
  • Experience in product marketing, new product development and product launch marketing 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Receptive to feedback from stakeholders (Sales, Clients, Product Management)
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Google Workforce, email delivery platforms, WordPress

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in B2C direct mail and digital marketing 
  • Degree in Marketing or other business discipline
  • Work in technology focused organizations
  • Account Based Marketing experience
  • Blog management

Additional Accountabilities

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
  • Keep up to date with marketing best practices and KPIs to track and report the financial performance in a scalable manner.

Additional Details:

  • Location: Remote 
  • Compensation Range: $65,000 – $75,000
