Position Overview

Own the pitch process from start to finish, including legal documentation, onboarding data, and transitioning to the Account Services team

Create comprehensive, compelling, and persuasive proposals

Research to find prospective companies to add to your pipeline

Ensure contact database is continually updated

Establish traction with prospective companies through various means, including but not limited to cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and face to face meetings with key contacts

Travel, as needed, to achieve your goals

Regular reporting on progress

Bring market knowledge

3-5 years of experience in direct marketing or advertising

A proven track record in developing and on-boarding new clients

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), presentation and listening skills

Ability to understand and articulate client/broker challenges/goals, and provide solutionsÂ

Hands-on, motivated self-starter with the ability and willingness to take direction and manage tasks with minimal supervision within an energized, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment

Can quickly grasp business software tools

Is flexible and resourceful, and highly motivated for success

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Loves being part of a winning team

Experience in B2C multi-channel merchants direct mail and digital marketing

An understanding of Cooperative Databases

Fostered relationships within the industry

Worked in technology-focused organizations

Experience in a high transaction-focused environment

Experience with Salesforce and Google Apps

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societiesÂ

Total Targeted Compensation: $160,000
