RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and understand key business trends, track, and report business results and provide recommendations to address issues in a timely manner
- Curate all brand collateral and graphic assets to maintain visual and message consistency, version integrity and effectiveness
- Collaborate with and manage contractors to ensure cost effective use and results that enhance the RE Botanicals brand
- Participate in new product initiatives and pipeline process to drive consumer-focused innovation
- Develop and execute consumer research projects to understand brand positioning, identify new opportunities for growth or enhance positioning
- Elevate positioning by creating an ‘ownable’ regenerative narrative in a way that resonates with consumers, increases market share, and penetration (e.g., 1% donation program)
- Manage budget and P&L to increase brand profitability
- Develop a comprehensive planning document that outlines the brand vision, strategy, and marketing communications strategy
- Ensure all creative executions meet quality expectations and fit with the brand equity
- Work with Director of Marketing and Sales teams to implement annual plans, tactics, and budgets
- Monitor progress against objectives, develop recommendations, and communicate as needed to achieve objectives
- Achieve annual profit, market share, and budget objectives
- Participate in pricing strategy development and execution
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
POSITION-SPECIFIC SKILLS
- +5 years brand management experience; nutritional and food product experience plus
- Prior experience in consumer marketing; CPG industry and innovation experience preferred
- Project management (from concept to commercialization of products, marketing campaigns, etc.) preferred with the ability t    o effectively prioritize and complete multiple, competing priorities within the prescribed timeframe
- Experience working with SPINS and syndicated market research data
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working effectively across multiple departments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and being able push through multiple projects at the same time
- Desire to work for a small, mission-driven, privately held company with visionary founders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to embrace original opportunities and pivot when necessary

- Embodies servant leadership in a way that inspires and develops high performing, cross-functional team
- Ability to drive projects, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and bring new products to market
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
- Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with ability to analyze complex data sets
- Analyzes and leverages data to drive business decisions
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred

This role works in a professional office environment, and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
